Pregnancy - Foundations

This physio-led class is designed to help you move safely and confidently throughout your pregnancy. You’ll build core and pelvic stability, improve posture, and learn how to activate and relax your pelvic floor effectively. With a focus on breath, alignment, and functional movement, this class is ideal for those new to exercise or who havn’t exercised in a while.

Our Dynamic class offers a more challenging class for those who have already established their movement foundations. You’ll challenge your strength, mobility, and pelvic floor with dynamic, pregnancy-safe exercises designed to prepare your body for the demands of pregnancy, labour, and recovery.

Birth Preparation

Prepare your body and mind for labour with our physio-led birth preparation class. This small-group session will guide you through:

  • Pelvic stretches and mobility exercises

  • Pelvic floor relaxation and release techniques

  • Breath work and mindfulness for labour

  • Pain management strategies and birth positions
