Cerys Gravell

Physiotherapy BSc (First Class Honours)

Cerys is a skilled physiotherapist specialising in women’s pelvic health, with over five years of clinical experience. 

Having recently moved from London to Sydney, she brings extensive knowledge and expertise in managing a variety of pelvic health conditions.

In her clinical work, Cerys provides management of 

  • Bladder: urinary incontinence, urinary frequency, urgency

  • Bowel: Constipation, bowel urgency, bowel incontinence

  • Prolapse: conservative management 

  • Pelvic pain: pain with intercourse, Vulvodynia, vaginismus, pain from dermatology skin conditions e.g. lichens sclerosis, lichen planus, endometriosis

  • Pregnancy: Pelvic floor prep, lower back and pelvic girdle pain, safe exercise in pregnancy 

  • Postantal: Pelvic floor rehab, cesarean rehab, abdominal separation, OASI tear recovery and scar pain. 

Cerys graduated in London with a first class honours in a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Her training in women’s health was completed with a specialist team at London Teaching Hospital as well as completing pelvic health courses in the UK.

Cerys adopts an evidence-based approach, integrating physiotherapy techniques, manual therapy, and patient education to support and empower individuals on their recovery journeys. Her calm and compassionate demeanor helps patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their treatment.

In her free time, Cerys enjoys staying active through running and outdoor activities, spending time at the beach, and socializing with friends.
