Women’s Health Workshops
Our workshops explore key areas of women’s health and how they can impact workplace participation, performance, and overall quality of life. Each session offers practical, evidence-based self-management strategies along with clear guidance on when and where to seek further support. Workshops can be delivered in-house or online, making it easy to support and empower your team—wherever they are.
Workshop Topics
-
Our Women’s Health 101 talk is a foundational session that explores what makes the female body unique—across bone, muscle, and cardiovascular health—and how these differences impact the way women should exercise, recover, and fuel their bodies. We also discuss the female pelvic floor—what it is, why it matters, and how to support it through different life stages. Perfect for workplaces looking to empower their female employees, this session equips participants with the knowledge and practical tools to take control of their health, prevent injury, and thrive both in and outside of work.
-
Our Physical Activity for Mental Performance talk explores the powerful connection between movement, female hormones, and cognitive function. Designed specifically for women in the workplace, this session unpacks how hormonal fluctuations across the menstrual cycle, perimenopause, and beyond can influence focus, mood, energy, and mental clarity. We dive into the science behind how different types of physical activity can enhance mental performance, reduce stress, and improve overall wellbeing. Attendees will walk away with practical strategies to move smarter, not harder, and support sharper thinking, better resilience, and sustained productivity at work.
-
Our Mastering the Menstrual Years talk takes a deep dive into the intricacies of the menstrual cycle and how monthly hormonal fluctuations can impact both physical and mental performance. We explore common menstrual conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMS and PMDD—breaking down their symptoms, how they show up in day-to-day life, and the toll they can take on energy, mood, focus, and function at work. With a focus on practical, evidence-based self-management strategies, this session empowers participants to better understand their bodies, optimise performance across the month, and know when and where to seek additional support. By normalising the conversation around menstrual health, this talk supports a more inclusive and productive workplace for all.
-
Our Mastering Menopause talk unpacks the hormonal shifts that occur during perimenopause and menopause, shedding light on the "how" and "why" behind many of the physical and mental challenges experienced during this time. From brain fog, sleep disruption and mood changes to hot flushes, joint pain and pelvic health issues, we explore the wide-ranging effects menopause can have on health, wellbeing, and workplace performance. This session provides evidence-based self-management strategies to help women navigate this transition with confidence, as well as clear guidance on when and where to seek additional support. By equipping employees with the knowledge and tools to manage this phase, workplaces can foster greater retention, productivity, and long-term wellbeing for midlife women.

Our Childbearing Years workshop is designed to educate and empower women through one of the most transformative stages of life. Tailored for the workplace, this session explores the physical, hormonal, and emotional changes that occur through pregnancy and postpartum. We break down common challenges—like pelvic floor dysfunction, abdominal separation, fatigue, and mental health —and provide practical, evidence-based strategies to support health, recovery, and performance during this time. By addressing these issues proactively, the workshop helps women maintain confidence, energy, and function at work, supporting better workplace participation, reduced absenteeism, and a more inclusive, supportive culture for those navigating early motherhood.
